What should I bring or wear for my first class?For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you decide to join, we’ll guide you on purchasing a uniform and any necessary equipment.

Do I need prior experience to join?No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced students. Our world-class instructors will guide you at your own pace.

How often should I attend classes?We recommend attending at least 2–3 classes per week to see consistent progress. However, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
