  • What age groups do you accept at Everest Taekwondo Academy?
    We offer programs for all age groups, starting from as young as 4 years old to adults. Each class is tailored to suit the age and skill level of the participants.
  • What should I bring or wear for my first class?
    For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you decide to join, we’ll guide you on purchasing a uniform and any necessary equipment.
  • Do I need prior experience to join?
    No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced students. Our world-class instructors will guide you at your own pace.
  • How often should I attend classes?
    We recommend attending at least 2–3 classes per week to see consistent progress. However, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
  • Is Taekwondo safe for children and beginners?
    Yes, safety is our top priority. Our classes are structured to ensure a controlled and supervised environment, and our instructors are experienced in teaching proper techniques to minimize risks.
  • Can I watch a class before deciding to join?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our academy, watch a class, and even participate in a free trial session to experience our teaching style and environment firsthand.
